KanbanFlow ("the App") is an offline Kanban board application designed for task and workflow management. This Privacy Policy explains what data the App does and does not collect, and how your information is handled.
The short version: we collect absolutely nothing. KanbanFlow is built with privacy as a core architectural principle, not an afterthought.
KanbanFlow does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any personal or non-personal data. There are no servers receiving your information because the App never makes any network requests.
No name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information is collected.
The App never accesses, requests, or transmits your device location.
There are no crash reporters, analytics SDKs, or usage tracking of any kind embedded in the App.
There are no advertising identifiers, ad networks, or marketing tools in the App.
No access to camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, storage, or any other device resource is ever requested.
All tasks, boards, and settings you create are stored exclusively in your device's local application storage (Android's internal app data directory). This data never leaves your device.
Your data is stored in Android's private app sandbox. Other applications on your device cannot access this data.
Uninstalling KanbanFlow permanently and irreversibly deletes all your data. There are no cloud backups and no way to recover it. Please export or note down important tasks before uninstalling.
KanbanFlow makes zero network requests during normal operation. The App does not require an internet connection to install, launch, or use any feature. It functions identically whether you are online or completely offline.
There are no background sync processes, no push notification servers, no remote configuration endpoints, and no third-party SDKs that make network calls on your behalf.
KanbanFlow does not declare or request any Android permissions in its manifest. Not even INTERNET. Your device's permission manager will show no permissions for this App.
This means the App cannot access the internet, your camera, microphone, contacts, location, external storage, phone state, or any other protected resource — even if it wanted to.
KanbanFlow contains no third-party SDKs, libraries, or services that collect, process, or transmit data. The App is built exclusively with:
Google's official UI toolkit. Used solely for rendering the interface — no data collection.
Only core Android platform libraries. No Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Crashlytics, no Facebook SDK, no Adjust, no AppsFlyer, or similar.
KanbanFlow does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The App is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations worldwide, as it collects no information whatsoever.
You have complete and total control over your data because it never leaves your device. You can delete any task, board, or all data at any time from within the App.
Because we collect nothing, there is no personal data held by us that you would need to request access to, correct, or have deleted under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations.
Uninstalling the App via Android's system will permanently delete all your local data. This action is irreversible. We strongly recommend noting down important tasks before uninstalling.
KanbanFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer is not liable for any loss of data resulting from App crashes, device failure, accidental deletion, or uninstallation. Since all data is stored locally with no cloud backup, users are solely responsible for maintaining their own records of important information.
If this Privacy Policy is ever updated, the new version will be made available on our app listing page and within the App. Since we collect no data, any changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in any meaningful way. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
